US DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and may take up to 5 business days to arrive unless a different service level is selected at checkout. Based on availability orders are prepared and shipped on the same day Monday through Friday when placed by 1pm EST or the following business day when placed after 1pm EST. Preparation time may vary for backordered items and will be communicated via email. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely fashion. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. All Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.

RETURNS

PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Products were purchased in the last 14 days.

  • Products have not been previously worn.

  • Original factory labels have not been tampered with or removed.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

INITIATING RETURNS:

For all domestic orders, please navigate to our Returns Portal, enter in your order number and zip code then follow instructions to generate a return label.

For international orders, please contact orders@oxfold.co and our customer service team will be glad to assist you. Please note that customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges when returning international orders.
